Sarah fixed many of my issues including tightness in my muscles, which caused me a lot of pain. Since seeing her, my sleep, migraines, back pain and muscles tightness have all drastically improved. She has the loveliest bedside manner and made me feel very safe and relaxed. Very kind and very skilled in what she does. I have recommended her to multiple people who have all given great feedback and continue to see her on a regular basis. Definitely book in with Sarah, cannot recommend her enough. Thank you Sarah, you've changed my life! x

I'm currently waiting for a consultation with an orthopaedic consultant to discuss the results of an MRI on my shoulder, due to a skiing accident. It's possible that there is permanent damage that may require surgery. In the meantime, I decided to try acupuncture with Sarah, who was recommended to me. I have now had five sessions with Sarah, who has been fantastic. Thanks to her, my pain has reduced, and my shoulder mobility has improved. This means I can now do more exercises to strengthen the muscles around my shoulder. Sarah's approach and bedside manner are wonderful. She puts you at ease and has also focused on a couple of areas that help me relax and sleep in general. I can wholeheartedly recommend her services.

I just wanted to drop a line as I was taken aback by just how much care I received from Sarah. I have been suffering from anxiety for over 6 months now and someone suggested I try acupuncture. I had always thought it was just for muscular issues. Sarah listened and questioned all aspects of my life with such sensitivity. I don’t know if it was the effect of the needles or just being with her but I came out with the first bout of positivity I have felt in a long time. I feel in very safe hands. Thank you.

Just wanted to share my experience of treatment with lovely Sarah Webb. I’ve had about 6-8 treatments on my shoulder and wrist for some acute pain (radial nerve?) which I’ve had for some time. Braved the treatment despite my fear of needles - rarely do I even know I’ve got needles in!!! So impressed with the treatment rooms in both Marlow and Farnham Common. Sarah has the loveliest bedside manner. I had a very thorough consultation initially, and Sarah explained what she’d be treating me for. If I’m being entirely honest, I was a little sceptical at first - but I am just so impressed with the results. Thank you Sarah - can’t tell you how much better I’m feeling. Would thoroughly recommend her treatments.

I cannot thank Sarah enough. I came in suffering from chronic fatigue and headaches and felt quite apprehensive about acupuncture. Sarah was so professional and reassuring, guided me through the whole process and gave support. I've been seeing Sarah for around six weeks now and I have to say acupuncture has changed my life. Thank you Sarah, see you next week!

Sarah Webb is amazing. She has been treating my shoulder and neck pain for a couple of weeks now and each time I go, I am free of pain for slightly longer. I have also had a treatment for trauma recently which was the most relaxing experience I’ve ever had. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

I’ve had several treatments from Sarah now for an injury I got at the gym. An unexpected bonus is I feel like my health is overall so much better. My shoulder pain has resolved and I feel much more flexible. She has such a lovely relaxing approach to treatment that I always feel at ease. Thanks Sarah !

How Acupuncture can help you

Acupuncture can stimulate the nervous system, influencing the release of neurochemicals that promote physical and emotional well-being. As a result, Western medicine has become more accepting of acupuncture, integrating it into complementary and integrative health practices. The inclusion of acupuncture in pain management protocols, especially within oncology and chronic pain clinics, reflects this growing acceptance and recognition of its potential benefits. Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medical practice that involves inserting thin needles into specific points on the body. Integrated Acupuncture

The integrated practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and the Five Element theory is a holistic approach to healthcare that combines the principles and techniques of TCM with the Five Element theory. TCM is based on the concept of balancing the body’s vital energy (Qi) and regulating this Qi through the body’s meridians and organs. Acupuncture can have a profound effect on a persons mood, reducing anxiety and promoting well being. Five element is a highly individualised style of acupuncture, and practitioners typically spend time getting to know their patients’ emotional and psychological states to provide personalised treatment.
